About Us
Turkish Ground Services Inc. took its place in the ground services sector on January 1, 2010. TGS,
established in partnership with Turkish Airlines and HAVAS, operates its
activities in total of six airports including Istanbul Ataturk Airport, Ankara
Esenboga Airport, Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, Antalya Airport, Adana Airport
and Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport.
TGS, aiming to offer
service to aircrafts of domestic and foreign airline companies over
300.000 frequency, provide all operations within the scope of ground
services in international quality standards by its more than three thousand
equipment and six thousand staff.

Our Services
TGS Ground Services started to provide service in passenger services on March 2, 2010, and respectively domestic terminal, cip, lost property and international terminal. We, as a handling company, aim to increase customer satisfaction of the airlines we serve within the frame of security and safety rules set by aviation authorities. Our personnel that will work in passenger services complete their theoretical training in Turkish Airlines (THY) Training Academy and strengthen their practical training under the supervision of the Passenger Services Managers and Heads periodically.
